I was impressed by the high quality of the content, delivery, and breadth of topics covered by the CertBALM® qualification.  It’s genuinely fast-paced and highly challenging, but the widely experienced tutors bring colour and context to every subject and make it a real pleasure to undertake.

My personal highlight was the final Case Study, which gives you freedom to analyse a bank which you personally find interesting and encourages you to analyse it from angles you might not previously have considered.
